1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or receiving services from Wade Rogers Art (“the Artist,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “the Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all aspects of your interaction with us, including bookings, artwork, communications, cancellations, payments, and liabilities.
2. SMS Communications
By booking or providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, policy updates, and important communications.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP". After sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive messages from us. If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance or contact us directly
Opting out of SMS does not waive your responsibility to attend scheduled appointments, follow studio policies, or check other communications (e.g., email).

3. Eligibility & ID Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented before your appointment.
Service may be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or otherwise unable to give informed consent.
You must truthfully complete any consent or health-related forms provided.
4. Booking, Deposits & Scheduling
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. Deposits will be credited toward your final balance.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
A missed appointment (“no-show”) without prior notice will forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to reschedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Deposits will be applied to rescheduled sessions in such cases.
5. Artwork & Design
Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the Artist. You are granted rights for personal use (your tattoo or commissioned work) only.
Minor changes may be allowed before your appointment; major changes may require additional fees or a new deposit.
Clients are responsible for verifying details such as spelling, wording, or language.
6. Payment
Pricing is based on design complexity, size, placement, and time required.
Full payment is due at the completion of your session unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are applied to the final cost.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, except when cancellations are made by the Artist.
Refunds are not offered once work has begun.
Rescheduling due to personal emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Client Responsibilities
Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided.
Notify the Artist of any health concerns, skin conditions, or medications.
Failure to follow instructions or disclose information may void any liability on the part of the Artist.
9. Liability & Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
The Artist is not responsible for complications, reactions, or dissatisfaction resulting from client negligence, aftercare non-compliance, or undisclosed medical issues.
By booking, you release and indemnify the Artist from claims arising from your service.
10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:
Inappropriate or offensive requests
Client intoxication or inability to consent
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions presented by the client
Health or medical risks
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jasper County, Missouri.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future bookings and services.
